Abstract: 
New developments/improvements available in Mathematica 6 include: plotting 3D graph output and manipulation; graphics can appear in flowing text; graphics can now contain active elements eg. controls; controls can use other graphics/controls etc as values and labels; graphics/controls/text can be nested; 3D graphics resampled better to give smoother images; symbolic interface construction is simpler; load on demand data available in mathematics, physics, chemistry, astronomy, geography, linguistics, and finance; numerical integration features have been expanded….
