MU-MAP – Mapping University Mathematics Assessment Practices
The HE Mathematics Curriculum Summit recommended as a priority for curriculum development assessment practices and particularly alternatives to traditional assessment practices. The project MU-MAP – Mapping University Mathematics Assessment Practices aimed to survey assessment practice in HE mathematics and develop resources to share good practice. This project also sought to explore the costs and effects of the change required to implement good practice in new contexts.
Computer-aided assessment
Martin Greenhow, Brunel, was supported to develop his Mathletics computer-aided assessment system and make this available more widely through the project Development and integration of computer-aided assessment of discrete mathematics.
