HEA in Scotland
Scotland has a distinctive higher education system, and the concept of Academy Scotland has been developed to recognise and support this.
The HEA aims to:
- Support the professional development of individual staff;
- Support institutions;
- Support communities of practice; and,
- Contribute to national policy

Major Scottish schools education reform: Curriculum for Excellence
