ToolBook is a popular courseware authoring programme developed by Asymetrix Learning Systems Inc. click2learn.com (formerly Asymetrix) is described on its website as “a leading provider of full service e-Learning solutions to businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions throughout the world.” ToolBook has been supported and improved since 1984. Consequently ToolBook is a widely used product and a large amount of course material has been developed using it.
